Welcome to the New and Improved ISSCO, Inc. Website!

We want to personally welcome all of you to our new and improved ISSCO, Inc. website. We have been working hard with Igniting Business over these past few months to give each and every one of our current and future customers a much clearer picture of ISSCO and the direction we are headed. Our founder and current Chief Executive Officer, Joe Davis Jr., started ISSCO on the simple and basic principle of exceptional customer service, and 43 years later, that is what every employee strives for on a daily basis. In a world of global competition, all of us at ISSCO are extremely grateful for the support we have received from all of our customers and we look forward to growing together.

Jake (Jason) Davis is the President of ISSCO and BTM Manufacturing and has been involved in the fastener industry for 20-plus years. He started his career in 1996, working for ISSCO, INC., the wholesale fastener distributor his parents opened in 1974. With the acquisition of BTM Manufacturing in January 2013, and a background in purchasing for a majority of those 20 years, Jake oversees both the distribution and manufacturing operations on a daily basis.

Jake graduated from William Jewell College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He was a member of the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity and, after college, served as the House Corporation President for over 10 years. His leadership led to him earning “Graduate of the Year” in 2003 from his alma mater. Jake is also an active member in several fastener associations, mainly the MWFA, SEFA and SFA.

Jake currently resides in Blue Springs, MO, with his wife Heather, daughter Katherine and son Cogan. He enjoys the relationships that he has been able to form within the fastener industry and is eternally grateful to his parents for the opportunities, past, present and future.
